Our policies are designed to be transparent, straightforward, and aimed at providing you with the best possible customer experience. Please read the following details to understand how our shipping and return processes work.

Shipping Information

Order Processing Time:

  • After placing your order, please anticipate a processing time of four to seven business days for printing, packing, and shipment from our warehouses.
  • Our book selling system operates on a On-Demand basis, customizing each order as per the demand. This process may necessitate up to five business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Duration:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will promptly receive a notification via WhatsApp with detailed information about the delivery date.
  • For orders within Casablanca, Rabat, and Salé, delivery typically occurs within 7 to 10 business days from the shipment date.
  • For other regions within Morocco, delivery usually takes between 10 to 15 business days from the shipment date.
  • Please allow up to eight business days for the package to arrive from the day your order is shipped.

Receiving Your Order:

  • Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect the products. If you notice any damage or non-conformity, please report it by emailing us at contact@booksondemand.ma within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Policy

1. Returning a Defective Item:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you bought is defective.
  • How to Initiate: Contact us at contact@booksondemand.ma or message us on Instagram @booksondemand.ma, explaining the issue with the product.
  • Process: We will guide you on returning the item. Once received, we will inspect it and notify you via email if you qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Outcome: If the item is defective, we will either send you a new item or refund you, depending on your original payment method.

2. Returning Unopened Items:

  • Condition: Unopened items can be returned within two days of purchase.
  • How to Initiate: Email us at contact@booksondemand.ma with "Return Request" in the subject line. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Returns Process Overview:

  • Approval Required: All returns must be approved by our team beforehand. Please send pictures of the product and an explanation for the return.
  • Instructions: If approved, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping the product back. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, and you can choose your preferred shipping service.

4. Initiating a Return:

  • Response: We will respond with return instructions. Note that shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

5. Shipping Your Return:

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Refund Process:

  • Assessment: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect and assess the product.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will notify you and confirm the refund.
  • Processing: The refund will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • Follow-Up: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@booksondemand.ma.
